What is it like when the representation of a good cause meets quality gastronomy and the Zalakaros biking lifestyle?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When using Dani Bezerics,<\/strong> the owner of Paletta Bistro, heard about the Go Bike initiative in Zalakaros and the bike food of the year, knew immediately that he would prepare a Paletta version of it and put it on the menu.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to a unique collaboration, these sandwiches can now be sold with a Zalakaros trademark, which means that for every piece sold, 100 Ft can be donated to the L\u00e1mp\u00e1s 92\u2032 Foundation, who for almost 30 years have been making the everyday lives of hundreds of families with disabilities and families in need brighter and happier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the bike food launch in Budapest Judit Czir\u00e1kin\u00e9 Pakul\u00e1r<\/strong> vice-mayor of tourism introduced the audience to the cycling lifestyle of Zalakaros and drew attention to the fact that the destination offers increasingly complex experience packages: the town wants to expand its image by strengthening cycling tourism in addition to health tourism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With more than 30 kilometres of excellent cycle paths, it's easy for beginners to get around, and offers fabulous cycling opportunities. The infrastructure for cycling is constantly improving, with rental points and a service network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Szabolcs Kov\u00e1cs,<\/strong> the managing director of the Zalakaros Tourism Non-profit Ltd. pointed out: the Go Bike integrated programme is a huge success, as both the Zalakaros Spa and the hotels, but also the local school, the cycling centre and the tourinform office joined in with cycling-friendly packages and promotions, but it was in the spirit of this programme that the chef of the Park Inn Zalakaros recently prepared a bicycle-friendly menu, J\u00f3zsef Vir\u00e1g<\/strong> Hungary's first bikefood dish. The food had to be innovative, imaginative, mobile and made with quality, preferably local ingredients. The exact recipe of the dish is now available on the https:\/\/zalakaros.hu\/bikefood<\/a>website, so anyone can prepare it and even put it on the menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is the food he rethought and presented Dani Bezerics<\/strong>, who received the bike food trademark from Szabolcs Kov\u00e1cs at the press conference, so the food will soon be available in Paletta bistros. The round table discussion was attended by M\u00f3zes Zim\u00e1nyi,<\/strong> on behalf of the Lantern \u201992 Foundation, and Zsuzsi Laky<\/strong>, the Health Officer of the Zalakaros Spa, who also backed the initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L\u00e1szl\u00f3 Czir\u00e1ki<\/strong>, the CEO of Zalakaros Spa Ltd., presented the plans of the Zalakaros Family, Experience and Spa, which will offer many opportunities for cyclists, at the event in Budapest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He invited the L\u00e1mp\u00e1s \u201992 Foundation to a bathing and adventure day in Zalakaros to gain experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
