L\u00e1szl\u00f3 Czir\u00e1ki, CEO of Zalakarosi F\u00fcrd\u0151 Zrt., said that the balance sheet result improved by nearly 25%, which meant an increase of HUF 58 million. The extent of the increase in profit after tax shows that not only did revenue increase, but also cost optimisation was effective, with net revenue increasing by 12% in 2018. The CEO pointed out that the outstanding result was achieved with an average increase of more than 10% in wage rates, which represents a significant cost item for the public company. In addition to the wage increase, fringe benefits have also increased, with a strong focus on employee training. With the help of a non-refundable grant of 32 million HUF, training courses in language, communication, lifeguard, chambermaid and management have been launched. The evaluation was carried out by a panel of experts using a scoring system, taking into account a number of criteria.
