          The premises are fully furnished, but are for rent without furniture and equipment. The lease is for a fixed term of 5 years.<\/p>\n

          1. Eligibility criteria:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Applicants must meet the following conditions:<\/p>\n

            • The opening hours of the shop are in line with the opening hours of the Zalakaros Spa.<\/li>\n
            • Indication of the business profile and, if necessary for the operation, proof of professional qualifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Rental construction:<\/strong><\/p>\n

              The rental of the premises is a fixed basic rent, payable monthly by bank transfer. The rent includes heating and normal electricity consumption.<\/p>\n

                • Tenders must be submitted in a sealed, signed envelope and delivered by hand to Zalakaros Spa Secretariat (8749 Zalakaros, Term\u00e1l \u00fat 4.)<\/strong><\/li>\n
                • Deadline for submission of the offer: 15 May 2026 24:00<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
