Entrance fees and services provided by the spa can be paid at the designated ticket offices (in the reception building all year round, at the ticket offices of the beach baths and the adventure baths during the current opening hours).

Cash refunds are not allowed for card payments!

The SZÉP card is divided into three sub-accounts - catering, accommodation and leisure - where specific amounts can be used to pay for different services. All three sub-accounts can be used to pay for tickets, and only the leisure sub-account can be used to pay for services.

The signature on the card must match the signature on the receipt printed by the cashier and signed by the guest!
The guest requests the invoice for the service to be made out in the name of the health fund. The name and health fund number of the member will be indicated. On the spot, the guest pays for the service and settles the bill with the health fund. Please note that the health insurance funds do not reimburse their members for admission fees, only for medical services, which are covered by the health insurance number 8514.
