The Strategic Cooperation Agreement László Cziráki, CEO of the Zalakaros Spa, and Ferenc Kardos, President of the Association of the Disabled in Nagykanizsa were signed.

László Cziráki said that one of the most important objectives of the Zalakaros Spa is to make the facility barrier-free, and he asked for the professional help of the association. The signing of the agreement was preceded by a joint site visit, where a technical note was taken. Based on the association's suggestions, the spa intends to implement the improvements step by step, in order to enable more guests to use its services. The agreement will also be accompanied by a system of discounts, whereby all members of the disabled association from the region will be able to buy tickets and use the spa's services on favourable terms. 

The CEO stressed that the suggestions of the association are taken into account in all its developments, planning and construction, and the importance of accessibility is also a priority in the ongoing construction of Sauna World. 

Ferenc Kardos president, said that their organisation has close links with many other associations for people with disabilities, so they help each other at a regional level. In addition to the Zalakaros Spa Ltd., they have also signed an agreement with the Municipality of Zalakaros to support the operation of the local group. The tripartite cooperation is the result of the joint work of the corporate sector, NGOs and the municipality. 

The Zalakaros Spa places great emphasis on cooperation with professional and civil organisations, and as a spa and a leading health institution in the region, it considers cooperation with the regional association of people with reduced mobility, which is closely linked to its activities, to be of strategic importance.
