The Zalakaros Family, Experience and Spa Ltd. invites applications for the lease of the business premises located at the winter entrance of the indoor swimming pool at 8749 Zalakaros, Termál út 4.

2. Description and use of the business premises:

The premises consist of the following areas:

• 30 m² indoor unit.

The premises are fully furnished, but are for rent without furniture and equipment. The lease is for a fixed term of 5 years.

3. Eligibility criteria:

Applicants must meet the following conditions:

• The opening hours of the shop are in line with the opening hours of the Zalakaros Spa.
• Indication of the business profile and, if necessary for the operation, proof of professional qualifications.

Rental construction:

The rental of the premises is a fixed basic rent, payable monthly by bank transfer. The rent includes heating and normal electricity consumption.

4. How to apply:

• Tenders must be submitted in a sealed, signed envelope and delivered by hand to Zalakaros Spa Secretariat (8749 Zalakaros, Termál út 4.)
• Deadline for submission of the offer: 15 May 2026 24:00

5. Evaluation

During the evaluation of the application, the applicant offering the highest rental price and whose business profile is in line with the service represented by Zalakaros Spa will be positively evaluated.

7. Other information:

The lessor reserves the right to withdraw the call for tenders before the deadline for submission of tenders, which must be communicated to the tenderers in the same places as the call for tenders.
