László Cziráki, CEO of Zalakaros Spa Zrt., has terminated his employment by mutual agreement as of 7 April 2020.
In agreement with the members of the Board of Representatives, I have asked the Zalakaros Spa Ltd. Andor Végh, a member of the Supervisory Board of the Zalakaros Zalakaros Zalakaros Spa, to propose the necessary measures to be taken during the transition period and to cooperate regularly with the managers of the company in accordance with the substitution procedure until the appointment of the new CEO.
